It doesn’t work! How in-depth is that for you? Upon giving away my e-mail to ZYnga’s servers and then logging in to Facebook, the App delivers a wonderful “There seems to be a problem loading your farm. Would you like us to try again?” upon which click on Try Again delivers an infinite repeat of the same message.

Zyng really out to work out the kinks before releasing something. Wouldn’t you agree?

Another Tuesday has come and that means more new items for your enjoyment! You can find the list of new things below. You’ll have to forgive me for ranting a little but I just wanted to highlight that Father’s Day has come and gone with no word from Zynga about it. I would let it pass as a non-issue, except that Mother’s Day and Children’s Day were both celebrated in FarmVille so it leaves me wondering about Zynga’s stance about Fathers. Do they not merit some celebration as well? I realize that Australia celebrates this day in September, so this would be Zynga’s last chance fro retribution. It simply seems ignorant coming from an American company.

I’ll make this a brief commentary because as evidenced below, last night’s update was more than massive! In addition to these items, Saffron, Bamboo and Posole Corn have been re-released with mastery, and levels 70-90 have been released!

Today is a big day! First of all, the new Almanac has been rolled out in the Animals, Crops, and Trees sections! You’ll notice that the ables are sortable, readable, and quick loading! Also, clicking on the name of any animal, crop or tree will open a detailed page with FULL stats on that item including harvest times, profits, resale values, themes associated with the item, how to obtain the item, and much more!

Also, a new mystery box has been released so do check out what lies inside in the Almanac and there are new crops and animals to celebrate St. Patty’s as well!

I spent the day thinking about how many of one thing is too many. For example, how many Valentine’s is too many for one person to have? How many of any one kind of animal is too many? How many barns is too many for a farm?

The reason I’ve been asking is because my new farm hands are complaining that my farm requires too much maintenance. I have too many barns, or animals, or trees, or too big of a field. Maybe I’m simply not paying them enough, or maybe I should just fire them and hire new hands as needed. What do you think?

The Almanac has been updated with the new trees and crops released last night. Speaking of the Almanac, the new version should be ready for release before the end of the month!

I’m very excited for the release and I’m sure you will all enjoy it as well. There are many new features in it that should excite everyone (and make my life easier!)

What a day! New crops, new trees, new buildings, new themes… there is a lot to keep track of today! For starters, stables can now reap XP, Farm Hands and Helpers. Farm Hands and Helpers can automatically harvest all trees or all animals with one click! (one use only).

The new theme is the Olympics (naturally) though it is a little late for these items to suddenly show up. Levels have been readjusted (probably in anticipation of adding more!) an chicken coops can be raised to a maximum of 60 chickens! Horse stables can be painted one of five different colors, and apparently you can unwither your neighbors crops (sometimes)!

The almanac will be updated throughout the weekend. More news as it comes!

I took the day to plant some trees on the front lawn of my Estate. Do you like what I’ve done? The cashew trees add a nice touch. I took a brief run into town where I noticed that donkeys are back on the market. Seems like a new mystery box was shipped in.

Speaking of Mystery Boxes, the Mystery Box section in the Almanac was updated to reflect the new addition and was remodelled to a more uniform look. Do share your thoughts!
