How is the gold rush going for you? My wife and I have been hunting for gold all day and boy are we exhausted! I can’t believe how productive some of my neighbors have been, it makes me wonder how they can find any time to sleep!

We’ve been doing a lot of spring cleaning (I know, spring isn’t here yet) and we have a lot of exciting plans for the Almanac this year! All we’re waiting for is to hit 500 fans on our Facebook page to make it happen! I was also wondering what you guys would think if we had a message board here on the site. Today was a lovely day for a stroll. I always find it interesting how my neighbor’s farms differ from one another, some are even still stuck in winter!

Have any of you been following the Snow Games? What country are you rooting for? What is your favorite game to watch? I’ve been eyeing some of the Snow Games decorations but am a little apprehensive about it. Do you think it’s worth it?

What a day! New crops, new trees, new buildings, new themes… there is a lot to keep track of today! For starters, stables can now reap XP, Farm Hands and Helpers. Farm Hands and Helpers can automatically harvest all trees or all animals with one click! (one use only).

The new theme is the Olympics (naturally) though it is a little late for these items to suddenly show up. Levels have been readjusted (probably in anticipation of adding more!) an chicken coops can be raised to a maximum of 60 chickens! Horse stables can be painted one of five different colors, and apparently you can unwither your neighbors crops (sometimes)!

The almanac will be updated throughout the weekend. More news as it comes!

It has been a quiet day today. The wind was calm, the weather was nice, the animals were relaxed, and the crops were still. It seems the market was deserted as nothing new was announced in the catalogues and no one seems to have any rumors to gossip about.

That being said, we do have a new friend in town. Please be kind to FarmVille Valley and greet them with open arms! Oh, and I mastered Pattypan Squash today!

Today was quite eventful! I was taking a ride in my Hot Rod Tractor, plowing my fields as usual, when my tractor suddenly starting coughing. After nearly hitting a tree (the engine went crazy!), I discovered that a spigot had found it’s way into the machinery.

We also splurged a littlle and bought ourselves a Villa, replacing our Estate. Now the neighbors are sure to be jealous!

Well that tailgate party turned out to be the biggest joke this side of… well, FarmVille! It just goes to show that not everything you read or hear is necessarily true and that we should not get carried away in the thrill of the news/rumor.

In any case, I did receive a whole bunch of Valentines in the mail today! My wife even made me a special box to store them in. My neighbors sure are a friendly bunch! As always, I spent my day working long and hard on the farm. I’ve been keeping from redecorating the farm, preferring to sit Valentine’s day out this time around. It’s more of a Hallmark holiday anyway. I try to make every day special for my misses.

Finally, the Almanac has been updated in the Animal, Tree, and Mystery Gift sections to reflect today’s updates.

My stable is finally complete and filled with 10 grey horses and 10 regular ones. That being said, it seems like no one has noticed! Where my gifts from neighbors were almost always Mystery Gifts, they are now construction items that I have no use for.

The town is empty today. Everyone is staying home in anticipation for the big update but it is nowhere to be found. Whatever Zynga is planning must be huge!

I took the night off last night for an evening with my wife. We all need to make sure relationships stay healthy and strong! Today however, was a big day! I went to town to see city hall about getting my land expanded. Turns out that even as a fan, I can’t upgrade yet. Seems like another promise broken. In any case, I did like the new display they had downtown. A big celebration is being had about the Yukon, which is in Canada if you didn’t know. I’d love to get a moose but I can’t afford it.

I am curious about the mystery gifts my neighbors have been sending me! There are so many prizes inside, you’ll just have to keep your eyes on the Almanac to find out what can be found! If you’re wondering why there isn’t a picture to go with my blog today, that’s because my camera broke! For some reason, all my photos don’t include me. Word is, the game is a little glitchy today.

I took a long walk through my farm this morning and began to wonder if I had too many animals. What do you think? Maybe I’m too generous to all the lost animals that wander onto my neighbors’ farms or maybe I’m just a completist. Perhaps I should open a petting zoo…

Keep your eyes on my almanac. A new Mystery Egg section will open up at some point today, which is something no other site has! It took a lot of work to put together so I hope you enjoy it! Oh and by the way, watch your step if you walk through my farm, I’ve spotted three centipedes already!

Today I took a walk through my raspberry field and cleaned off the dust from my mastery signs. I have so many and yet have so little place to put them! If only I could use my extra silos! Some new neighbors have been moving in next door and they come over fairly often. It is great to see that the folk around here are taking an interest in my stories!

I spent the entire day working on my almanac and adding some information about the Mystery Boxes. By the end of the night, everyone should be able to look at what all 10 boxes had/have to offer!
