Today I thought that I should introduce you to my two new buddies. Spike is my Red Border Collie and Saber is my Honey Terrier. Spike is well on his way to learning the skills he needs to be a good farm dog and he’s teaching Saber what he can (which isn’t much). Saber, being a puppy, is constantly hungry but at least he’s not running away nearly as much as Spike did at his age!

Oh, if you haven’t noticed, Purple Mane Foals are now in the Almanac following their release and fuel is available for coins for a limited time!

So here I am, standing next to my new topiaries thinking : Gee, I haven’t written about my farm in a while.

So here I am. I’ve ben wondering if anyone has all the topiaries on their farm. The only one I’m missing is the Ostrich topiary, but I can’t justify spending my FC in order to get it. Besides, with only 2 FC, there isn’t really much I can buy anyway.

I’ve also been wondering about what everyone thinks of the new Almanac. Any comments? Feel free to share. it would appear that an Alice in Wonderland theme has hit FarmVille today with the release of the Invisible Cat (22 FC) on the market. There is also a new Long Eared Rabbit (12 FC) and a new Best of Mystery Chest (16 FC) available for your FC purchase.

In anticipation for the festivities for the coming St. Patty’s Day, I have let out my B0V1NE-09 and green calves to walk around the farm and enjoy themselves. There’s nothing like being green for St. Pat!

That being said, the wife has been feeling green, I mean sick, over the past couple of days. It seems that with every week being cause for celebration, the wife is having trouble keeping up! I’m sure she’ll be fine soon.

There are a lot of really interesting things on the market in FarmVille right now. Teh French Chateau items are certainly the best ones to come out in a very long time and my wife is very excited about the possibility of even more of them coming soon!

We’re building a Maison (french for house) to replace our Villa. The villa is simply too lrge for the two of us so we’re going for a more homey building (pun intended).

Today is a big day! First of all, the new Almanac has been rolled out in the Animals, Crops, and Trees sections! You’ll notice that the ables are sortable, readable, and quick loading! Also, clicking on the name of any animal, crop or tree will open a detailed page with FULL stats on that item including harvest times, profits, resale values, themes associated with the item, how to obtain the item, and much more!

Also, a new mystery box has been released so do check out what lies inside in the Almanac and there are new crops and animals to celebrate St. Patty’s as well!

Some of you might remember when I spoe about losing my Tulip Mastery sign a few weeks ago. Well, the Zynga gods have answered my prayers and with proof by screenshot, they sent me a brand new Tulip Mastery Sign!

It is comforting to know that amidst all the complaints that people have, Zynga is doing its best to provide good customer service and make sure that its users are happy.

I certainly won’t be complaining about anything from now on!

How is the gold rush going for you? My wife and I have been hunting for gold all day and boy are we exhausted! I can’t believe how productive some of my neighbors have been, it makes me wonder how they can find any time to sleep!

We’ve been doing a lot of spring cleaning (I know, spring isn’t here yet) and we have a lot of exciting plans for the Almanac this year! All we’re waiting for is to hit 500 fans on our Facebook page to make it happen! I was also wondering what you guys would think if we had a message board here on the site. Today St. Patrick’s day seems to have come early! Like the Valentine’s gifts, a new Pot of Gold has come upon us. Collect as much gold as possible and trade them in for special items!

Amongst those items is a Shamrock Sheep (similar to the Love Ewe). The Mystery Gifts also have some new contents, including a new pig and goat! Check out the Almanac to discover more about them!
