M.C. FilmMakers

It has been a long time since MCFM has made any announcements, but here we are now with the proud announcement that The Vaudeville Show has now entered picture lock. This means that our latest film is now in the process of being sound mixed and will be ready for release soon. This gives us the great opportunity to launch our video section at the same time! Look for it at the end of April, exact date still to be determined.

Also, you can find M.C. FilmMakers on Facebook. If you haven’t already, you can search for M.C. FilmMakers and become a fan to receive special communication notices and updates that we won’t necessarily announce here on the site. It is a great way to get in touch with other MCFM fans. Did we also mention that you find exclusive set photos and production stills?

For the first time ever online, M.C. FilmMakers is proud to present Inner Psyche to the world! Inner Psyche is a black & white psychological thriller / experimental film about a crazy man’s experiences inside his head. It is our first 16mm film and was recorded without sync sound, which means that all sounds and effects were added in post-production. We hope you enjoy the film!

Well it’s been a long time coming but the M.C. FilmMakers collection will slowly begin to trickle online. You can now enjoy Zombies!!! through the website’s Films section. You’ll notice one of two things:

1) Clicking on the Films button will lead you to a list of the M.C. FilmMakers collection. Within this list, clicking on any of the images will overlay the movie for quick viewing without any distractions.

2) For those of you who want to know more about the films, hovering over the Films button will present a submenu of the M.C. FilmMakers collection. Clicking on the film titles will lead to a webpage detailing the film’s Cast, Crew, Tech Specs, and in some cases, Trivia. Of course, the film itself will also be displayed for your viewing enjoyment.

Today, May 1st, 2008, M.C. FilmMakers’ latest short film, The Vaudeville Show, has been awarded by the Fondation René Malo at the Mel Hoppenheim School of Cinema Award Ceremony 2008 for Outstanding Overall Achievement in Filmmaking II! M.C FilmMakers would like to thank its wonderful cast & crew for their fine work and achievements as well as to thank you, the audience, for your wonderful support and encouragement that keeps us pushing forward with bigger and better projects!
